The staff at the hotel were absolutely kind and incredibly nice, providing really great customer service. The rooms were new-fashioned and huge with a coffee table and refrigerator. The hotel was beautifully appointed and comfortable, in a very central location.

The accommodations here are well-designed with amenities like a refrigerator and a bathroom, and the staff is exceptional.

Had nice stay overall, nicely appointed place and the weather was sunny. The location of the hotel was particularly good - a 10-15 minute walk from a famous monument. The area was extremely safe and there were restaurants, restaurants and bars.

The location was magnificent and the staff was incredible during the whole stay! Had essentials needed in the suite, including a microwave oven and a fridge. Everything was great. I did not want to leave and would have extended the stay.

I recently stayed at Eurostars in Zona Rosa for a few nights and it was a fantastic experience. The location was superb, though it can get a bit noisy at night. However, if you request a room on a high floor, it's much quieter. The reception staff were helpful, friendly, and really knew their stuff. The breakfast spread had a great variety of options and the room itself was spacious and peaceful. The suite had a modern design with plenty of storage space, and I loved how the sitting room was separate from the sleeping area. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. a great hotel choice.

Spacious suite .

Room needs more cleaning. The shower is uncomfortable you have to get into the tub to shower .. I thought of the elderly people raise their foot to be inside the tub .. dangerous . and 'a inside the tub dangerous because it is slippery the tub . The door of the shower does not close completely because of its design ... better to leave it without a door to whom I design this glass door ... and it does not close also because of the counterweight of the heavy glass that opens when I tried to close it in half a minute it was already open ... I do not know where the 5 stars must be 3 stars . For the 5 stars it must be impeccable nor a long hair in the sink as it happened to me ... hand towel was not white aged and smelled bad not laundry smelled wet and gave me distrust to use it .. The obsolete gym noisy nor basic is as basic as this gymnasium .. There is no water to keep you hydrated. There are no towels to clean the apparatus while using it. There is no disinfectant spray to keep it clean and free of sweat for those who will use it later ... There is a lack of a towel for the person who is exercising ... his floor is fatal ... chipped ... missing ... Air conditioning . gym grade . 2 stars . Of the two elevators, one on the 10th floor is useless, so another elevator must be used. . Slow, old elevators . the indicator on the outside that indicates where it comes from or what floor it is on . I had to guess why their lights didn't work completely . A 3 star is better at this ... dirty glass from the restaurant with a view of the street wash them or clean them with the proper stuff not that they use what leaves them fogged up . check the price is not worth what they charge . it is not 5 star . the Genève across the street looked luxurious and for a few pesos more next night don't hesitate or the NH a few meters ahead maybe it would be best if you are looking for quality and cost ... greetings ... get better and don't cheat .

We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of our room at Eurostars. Having a living room, pantry, bedroom, bathroom, and separated sink with mirror made us feel right at home. The two TVs were a nice bonus. The location was perfect, with a Turibus stop and plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. We felt safe walking around Zona Rosa at night. The helpful staff made our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel has some maintenance issues, such as a non-functioning jacuzzi and bad bathroom lighting. The walls are thin, so noise from neighboring rooms can be a disturbance.

All new, good size bed, apartment type room with a living room with coffee maker, fridge ... very comfortable.

The last day we couldn't have breakfast because of a change of time in a flight and we didn't have time to eat breakfast nor could we give notice in time. Even so, we asked if there was any possibility (a sandwich, some coffees) and we were not offered or saw much interest. Nor were we offered a refund on the price of breakfast, for example, taking into account that we had entered the same day and paid a supplement, before knowing what time we could have breakfast (somewhat late as it was Sunday)... The hotel has been recently renovated but without much grace, that's right but it lacks style.. The area at night can be very noisy, although on a tenth floor and away from the window, we sleep phenomenally.
